Goal
They wanted to offer structured courses for children — not only basic knowledge, but soft skills like communication and critical thinking.
FutureOfTheNation decided to launch educational programs on EraLMS to reach more children online. The foundation needed to quickly set up several learning spaces for children of different ages affected by the war.
They aimed to reach young learners across many locations and deliver a high-quality learning experience.
They wanted to offer structured courses for children — not only basic knowledge, but soft skills like communication and critical thinking.
Challenge
Before developing EraLMS, Majestara tried different ways to organize onboarding and training using wikis, unstructured Google Docs, and even Google Forms. But these tools weren’t effective: information got lost, training wasn’t consistent, and new hires often felt left on their own.
Scattered training materials
HR was stuck in a cycle of sending reminders and following up on unfinished weekly trainings in Google Forms, and even then it was hard to structure the results. Reports were messy, since employees often filled in personal details incorrectly, and there was no single reliable place to track individual progress.
When questions came up about a team’s skills, managers were left digging through countless past Google Forms just to find the right records.
Unstructured Onboarding struggling
As the company grew and began opening new projects, onboarding turned into chaos — more people were joining, but the process wasn’t keeping up. New hires felt lost: they were sent countless materials all over Notion, often unstructured and inconsistent. There were no proper knowledge checks, no clear path to revisit and reinforce what they had learned, and the results left much to be desired as well as a newcomers feedback.
Lack of cultural alignment
Worst of all for Majestara as the say — this patchwork system didn’t reflect their growing brand identity and values. For a progressive company, such disorder felt completely out of place.
It was clear that a growing company needed something more systematic, a place where both technical and soft skills could be learned in the same, consistent and effortless way.
Challenge
The company had built its onboarding around mentors, assigning groups of newcomers to managers who already carried heavy workloads. What looked like a practical solution soon turned into a bottleneck: every mentor trained in their own way, newcomers received mixed messages, and strict rules on customer communication from scripts to KYC and AML procedures were often skipped.
As a result, many new hires failed their trial period, leaving teams short-staffed and HR trapped in an exhausting cycle of recruitment and replacement. The constant churn drained budgets while managers lost valuable time that could have been spent on operations instead of re-teaching the basics.
In betting and casino operations, poorly trained staff can drive breaches in AML/KYC, safer-gambling (RG) obligations, age verification/self-exclusion, source-of-funds, marketing/bonusing rules, and data protection

Head of Compliance
“We knew we couldn’t continue relying on manual checks and last-minute reminders. With thousands of people and constant audits, the risk was simply too high.”
For years, the company struggled to reach full completion of mandatory compliance training. Employees often postponed courses, and managers were left chasing them with emails and spreadsheets.
By 2024, more than 1,500 employees had not completed critical modules on time
The lack of automation not only created exposure to penalties but also drained resources: the compliance team spent 300+ hours every month on manual reporting and monitoring.

“We knew we couldn’t continue relying on manual checks and last-minute reminders. With thousands of people and constant audits, the risk was simply too high.”
Missing compliance training and lacking structured reporting left the company exposed to regulatory sanctions. In the EU financial sector, lapses in AML or customer due diligence often lead to significant penalties — for example, Revolut was fined €3.5 million in 2023 for shortcomings in its AML controls. For our client, the situation was no different: training gaps created a real risk of EU regulatory fines running into millions of euros.

Impact

Olha Antonets, Co-founder of FutureOfTheNation
“We’ve seen such a heartwarming change. Children who once gave up now stay until the very end of the courses. They are more open to express themselves through writing, uploaded drawings, or even recording their own videos for review. We’re so glad that Era helped us make children not only smarter and more confident, but also happier. Receiving wonderful rewards based on their results gave them motivation and joy to learn — something especially meaningful after the horrors they have lived through.”
12 Programs, Structured for Success
FutureOfTheNation created 12 learning programs for children of different ages. Using EraLMS, courses were designed, organized into folders, and assigned by age and skill level. Each child completes one module before moving to the next, ensuring structured learning.
Rewards That Motivate
With analytics and reporting, the foundation introduced a rating system. Children who scored highest or progressed fastest received special prizes — from tablets to trips to the Carpathian Mountains, plus other fun experiences.
Daily Engagement and Growth
Children use the platform every day, completing modules and gaining confidence. The combination of structured learning and rewards turns education into a fun, motivating adventure.

Chief Operations Officer
“Before EraLMS It felt like we were running in circles. Our mentors kept repeating the same sessions, yet every new group came out with gaps. We only realized someone had missed critical training when issues already appeared in live chats with customers. And probation pass rates stayed painfully low. Now onboarding finally feels under control. New hires follow the same path, managers aren’t overloaded, we don’t wasting money on constant re-hiring. We can actually see people succeed and stay.”

Clear & Structured Learning
Employees described EraLMS as “clear, structured, and simple,” making learning part of the culture
EraLMS was a huge success for Majestara’s teams, and the positive effect was so profound that it quickly went beyond being just an internal tool. What started as a solution to streamline their own processes soon revealed its potential to solve the same challenges many other growing companies face. Inspired by the results, Majestara decided to open EraLMS to the external market, to let other organizations benefit from the same efficiency that transformed their teams.
